Order Evolution is not an in-house stock program that sends PDFs. It is a shared system between a manufacturer, its distributors and their shops. You publish a product once and it appears in your customer's catalogue at their prices. An order moves through its stages on both sides. The invoice, packing list and CMR are formed from that order and published to the partner, never retyped. The partners are yours: ordering is free for them and we take no commission. Mini clients order from a phone through a permanent link.
It works between companies, not inside one. The product card, the price, the order and the document are one record that both sides see. Between connected partners nothing is retyped or forwarded.
It is your own network. You invite the partners yourself and set their prices. There is no commission, nothing is charged per partner, and ordering is free for the client.
We cover the whole chain: from the order to the full set of export documents.
In the system you switch on the blocks your work actually needs.
Every distributor asks for a price list and a catalogue in Excel, and every one of them needs its own prices.
A public page and catalogue behind a single link. Individual prices for every customer in one matrix. Mini clients get a Quick Order link for the phone.
You buy in one currency and sell in another. Transport and customs quietly eat the margin. Orders to suppliers go out by e-mail and get lost.
Price formation: purchase + transport + customs + markup, with ECB rates every day. Supplier product cards are copied into your catalogue automatically. An order to an offline supplier leaves the system as a PDF by e-mail. Small shops get a Quick Order link on WhatsApp.
A dozen suppliers, each with its own price list and its own way of taking an order. The shelf empties unnoticed, and incoming documents have to be typed in by hand.
All suppliers in one window, ordering from a single catalogue. A minimum stock level creates the draft order by itself. Goods received and issued invoices export to CSV for the accountant. A small shop orders through the supplier's link from a phone, without logging in.
On the left a block of the system, on the right the result for your business.
Requests - “looking for a distributor / supplier / shops” - on the map of the region. The requests are visible without registration.
New customers and suppliers without advertising or cold calls. You find the partner in the very place where you then work with them: confirm the link and open access to your catalogue.
The world map shows where your product sells: confirmed partners and their points of sale.
A company page with the catalogue, categories, company details and a button to request cooperation.
One link instead of a presentation. The customer sees the current range, not a PDF from six months ago, and leaves a cooperation request themselves.
The product card - photo, composition and all the logistics data - appears in the customer's catalogue the moment you open access.
You test demand for new items. Open a new item's card to selected customers and get feedback straight away.
Purchase + transport % + customs % + extra costs = landed cost. A markup gives the selling price. ECB rates update daily and the catalogue is shown in the customer's currency.
Not a single item goes out below cost. A price list is put together in minutes instead of a day in Excel, and is recalculated when a rate or a transport charge changes.
A “customer × product” matrix: a base price, or a special price for each one. Access to the range is set separately.
A margin per customer instead of one discount for everybody. The customer sees only their own prices and only the products opened to them.
A permanent link for a client who will never log in: their own range and prices, a basket, sending the order, a history with statuses, the order's documents and a payment-order upload. Sent on WhatsApp or by e-mail, installs on the phone as an app.
Mini clients order by themselves, with no calls or messengers. The order lands in your inbox as an ordinary order, with the same stages and documents. The link can be switched off or replaced at any moment.
Incoming from clients and outgoing to suppliers in one section. An order placed on a client's behalf by your manager, an order to an offline supplier as a PDF by e-mail, the desired delivery date, a credit limit, boxes and pallets per order.
One list instead of e-mail and messengers. The seller edits the lines until the documents are issued; the buyer sees every edit in the history.
The order passes its stages on both sides in one system: confirmation, corrections, assembly, shipping, receipt. Invoices follow the EN 16931 e-invoicing standard; credit notes and corrective invoices stay linked to the original. For export: a packing list and a CMR, with all the data taken from the system.
Not a single “did you get my order?”. Both sides see the same state and every edit is recorded. The documents are ready for electronic invoice exchange.
Built from the order: bilingual PDFs with both parties' details, VAT rates and signatures.
A shipping set in minutes, with nothing retyped. The figures on the invoice, the packing list and the CMR match, because there is one source: the order. Export documents are switched on with a single tick.
Goods received, goods issued and issued invoices for a period in CSV. All documents in a single archive.
The accountant gets the data without your manual summaries. Closing the month no longer means digging documents out of e-mail.
Batches with a date and a shelf life. Goods booked in when they are actually received. When stock falls below the minimum, the system creates a draft order to the supplier by itself. Storage locations on the assembly sheet, FEFO write-off.
No sales lost to an empty shelf, and no money frozen in surplus stock. What moves first and what is nearing its expiry date is visible without a stocktake.
Month folders with documents and bank statements, table reports on sales and purchases, a profit report and a debtors report. Excise goods accounting: alcohol, coffee, sugar-sweetened drinks.
Month-end closing from a single section. The excise reports are built from the very documents that moved the goods.
Employee invitations, roles and per-section rights: who sees prices, who confirms orders, who issues documents. The interface comes in 15 languages.
Every employee sees their own part and the owner stops being the bottleneck. A manager works with orders without seeing the cost price.
By item and by customer, in units and in money, for the chosen period. By month and by manager.
You see what really sells, to whom, and where you actually earn. Decisions on the range and on a customer's terms are made on numbers, not on a hunch.
Orders, revenue or purchases, new clients and suppliers, products and invoices for the chosen period: day, week, month, quarter, year. Dynamics across periods and the available credit at partners.
The state of the business on one screen. You configure the key set of figures for yourself.
Target figures for a period with the actuals next to them.
A deviation from the plan shows up the same day, not in the quarterly report.
Catalogue import from CSV and XLSX using ready-made schemes, a product file template, bulk photo upload by EAN. If you would rather have everything loaded and set up for you, there is personal onboarding.
The catalogue is imported, not retyped. You set up roles, modules and document fields to fit your own process.
A customer who only places orders with you does not pay. The company that sells through the system pays - for the base subscription and the modules it needs. Prices are per company per month (excluding VAT).
An order is paid for by whoever accepts it, not by whoever sends it.
A set is only a starting selection: remove or add any module and the total is recalculated at once.
Issued invoices and other documents: unlimited and free. No limits on staff, products or partners.
We do not charge for partners. Not for connecting them, not monthly - invite as many as your network needs.
In that it is a shared system, not one company's program. You publish the catalogue once and it appears in every customer's account on their own terms. Orders, stock and documents live in the same system instead of e-mail, Excel and messengers, and both sides see the same state. The partners are yours, there is no commission, and ordering is free for the client. You look for partners in the very place where you then work with them, and from day one you see on the map where your product sells.
Something missing? Tell us through the feedback button: messages like that decide what we build next.
You invite your own partners yourself, to a specific person's e-mail. For every incoming request you see the company name, the country and the contact person, and before you accept the link you can check their intentions by phone or e-mail: until you confirm, the requester gets nothing beyond your public page.
The system was built to be understood without a manual. Moving off Excel takes a day: the catalogue is imported, not retyped. A photo named after the EAN code is attached to the product card automatically. Exporting customers and setting up a price list are self-explanatory in a single table.
Registration in a few minutes. An onboarding guide. Built-in hints.
